The best thing about us is that we have a 100% guarantee. This means you are entitled to a 100% refund on all your monthly payments if:
We do not remove any negative items we have worked on; It has been 120 consecutive days since you've been in our program; You have not used another credit repair agency within 6 months before starting our program; You have had no new collections or missed payments while in our program; You have maintained the credit monitoring service the entire time while in our program; You have sent updated reports/correspondence from credit bureaus and creditors within 5 days of receiving them. (Clients should receive updated credit reports every 15-45 days. It is the client's responsibility to make us aware if updated reports have not been received)
IS CREDIT REPAIR LEGAL?
Yes, credit repair is legal. Our services will help you to use the law in your favor. "The Fair Credit Reporting Act." The FCRA gives you the right to dispute any item on your credit report. If that item cannot be verified within a reasonable time it must be removed.

However, there are limiting factors that will prevent us from helping you. Two main factors are: (1) your financial situation and/or (2) the time frame in which you need to reach your results. It is possible to remove anything from a credit report, even accurate items. For instance, if the creditor makes mistakes or does not adhere to the specific time frame, the negative item may be removed.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE MY RESULTS CHANGE?
With our services, some of our clients see their credit score increase 10 points or more in the first 35 days. All of this depends on your credit file and how long you stay in our program. Though you are able to cancel our service at anytime, we suggest you staying in our program as we continue to dispute items until you are happy with your credit. Many of our clients will graduate our program anywhere between 3-9 months. Results vary between clients but we guarantee you that it's worth the wait.
